Fisher & Paykel WL37T26DW2 Washer Service

The WL37T26DW2 is the D-revision of an AquaSmart top-loader with a 3.7 cubic foot tub, offered in both countries and now retired. A revised console sets it apart from the C-revision machines, and the wash system under it remains the same low-water recirculation design.
That design asks the diverter and the drain pump to do a lot with a small amount of water. When drain trouble shows up, we begin with the pump and the hose, and when a load comes out uneven, we begin with the diverter. A cold wash on a warm setting sends us to the temperature sensing, and a cycle that halts before spin sends us to the lid lock switch.
The price is written first, and our repair has a 30-day workmanship warranty.
The console is revised from the C-revision machines. The wash path stays the same. We match parts to the full number on your label, so please read it to us when you book.
Check that the hot hose is connected and the supply is hot. If both are right, the temperature sensing or the inlet valve is the cause, and we test both.
The lid lock switch has to confirm the lid is closed. A failing switch halts the cycle. We test the switch and its wiring, and replace it if it is worn. A clean test means we look at the lid and hinge alignment next.
Book in about a minute, or call the desk. Same-day windows inside the Loop on most days, next-day across the rest of Houston.
