How do I turn off "KEY LOC"?

Touch and hold the Keylock pad for 2 seconds. The message clears and the controls respond again. No tools are needed, only a steady touch.

Why does the washer lock itself?

It does not lock on its own. Keylock is switched on by a touch, often by accident while wiping the panel. It stays on until you switch it off yourself.

What if the pad does not respond?

Turn the washer off, wait a minute and turn it on again, then hold Keylock for 2 seconds. If it still ignores you, call us to check the touch panel.
