Fisher & Paykel IWL12 Service

The IWL12 is a 25-inch Intuitive Eco top-loader from a retired platform that is out of production here. Because it shares its diverter valve and pump design with the GWL and WA37 series, parts knowledge carries across, and that helps us keep these machines going.
Three sensors and one pump shape most of the calls we get on it. The water-level transducer decides how much goes in, the thermistor decides how warm it is, and the drain pump decides whether the tub empties. We test the transducer against the fill level, read the thermistor with a meter, and run the pump while watching the hose.
You get the price in writing before we start, and the work carries a 30-day workmanship warranty.
The water-level transducer reports the depth to the control. If it drifts, the fill is wrong even though the valve works. We check the sensor, its tube and the connector before replacing anything.
The thermistor reports water temperature. If its reading is off, the control picks the wrong mix. We test it with a meter and check the hot supply to the machine, which separates sensor trouble from a plumbing issue.
The diverter valve and pump design are shared across the GWL and WA37 series, but fit depends on the exact part. We confirm the number before ordering so nothing is returned.
