Fisher & Paykel WL26CW2 Service

The WL26CW2 is the second revision of the AquaSmart WL26C, built for the US and Canada and no longer sold new. It shares its direct-drive motor with the wider SmartDrive family, so there is no belt, and the parts we replace are mostly in the water path and the control.
A washer that recirculates a little water depends on the recirculation pump and the diverter. We check both when a load comes out patchy. For a slow drain, we clear the pump and the hose. If the machine stops mid-cycle, we read its electronic problem memory and test the control module.
You get the price in writing before work starts, and our repair carries a 30-day workmanship warranty. Tell us when you book which part of the load comes out unevenly washed, since that guides the first test.
A partly blocked pump or hose slows the drain. We open the pump, clear lint, coins and fabric, and check the hose for kinks. If the pump still struggles, we replace it.
It stores the problems the control has recorded. We read it as a clue, then confirm with a direct test of the pump, valve or module before replacing any part.
The control adapts over roughly five cycles. After a new module or sensor, the first loads settle in. We run a test cycle and explain what to expect.
Book in about a minute, or call the desk. Same-day windows inside the Loop on most days, next-day across the rest of Houston.
