The RGV2-486GD-L_N is a 48-inch Series 7 gas range with six burners and a griddle, rated at 103000 BTU of total cooktop power and 19000 BTU on the strongest burner. Because it is set up for LPG, we mostly find it in rural or suburban kitchens with a propane tank outside.
Griddle cooking leaves a trail of grease around the cooktop, and propane flames add their own residue to the ports. Over time the griddle burner can heat one side more than the other, and individual burner igniters slow down. The oven door and seal take their share of daily wear.
