Fisher & Paykel OS24NAMHUB5 Steam Oven Service for Series 11

Owners of the OS24NAMHUB5 have a 24-inch Series 11 Minimal compact combi-steam oven, a 1.9 cu ft cavity paired with a 47 fl oz tank. It is installed in a wall cabinet at eye level, where the clean Minimal front sits flush with the doors around it, and that placement makes steam leaks easy to notice.
The larger tank gives you longer steam sessions, but standing water still leaves mineral film inside the generator and on the level probe. Our first visit covers the tank housing, the probe, the generator and the door seal, in that order. When the water level reads wrong, a cleaned probe settles it in many cases before a part is ordered. We give you the price in writing first, and workmanship is covered for 30 days.
We inspect the tank body, the valve at its base and the seat where it docks. A worn valve gasket or a hairline crack in the tank each call for a different part, so we confirm which one before quoting.
Steam fills the cavity and absorbs heat, so a short delay is normal. A long delay points to scale on the generator or a weak seal, and we measure both.
Scale coats the heating surface and the level probe, which makes the oven work harder and read water incorrectly. Regular descaling prevents it, and we remove stubborn buildup during service.
