Fisher & Paykel DD24DCTX7 Tall Double DishDrawer Fix

The DD24DCTX7 comes from an earlier DishDrawer generation, built with nine wash cycles and a 14 place-setting capacity across its two tall drawers. It is usually installed in the base cabinets, flush with the surrounding doors. Newer models have replaced it, but many of these still run daily.
Because the drawers operate separately, age shows up unevenly. One drawer may start leaking at the seal or hesitate at the latch while its neighbor runs well. Years of grease and food build up in the filter and pump area, and an older spray arm can stop reaching every corner of the rack.
We take the drawer that is giving you trouble and work through the filter, drain pump, seal, latch and spray arm in turn, then check the controls. Expect a written price up front and a 30-day workmanship warranty.
Each drawer has its own seal, latch and drain path. The leaking one most likely has a worn seal or a latch that is not pulling it tight. We inspect those two parts and then the drain connections.
Often it can. We test the panel and its connections first, and tell you whether the drawer itself still washes correctly, so you only pay for what the unit needs.
We check the filter and pump first, since buildup there lowers water flow. A worn spray arm is next, and we test how it turns and where the water lands.
