The OS24SDTDX2 is a 24-inch Series 11 Contemporary combi-steam oven with steam, convection and combined modes. The Contemporary look means a stainless-style face with a visible handle, and kitchens install it in a tall cabinet or above a second wall oven.
Steam is where this oven ages. Scale thickens inside the generator, the reservoir seat wears, and the door seal gradually stops compressing evenly. When the descale prompt will not clear, we do not keep resetting it. We open the system, remove deposits, test the level sensing and run a full cycle to confirm the seal holds. Our estimate is in writing before we start, and every repair comes with a 30-day workmanship warranty.
We remove the scale by hand where the cycle cannot reach, clean the level probe, and clear the message once the system tests correctly.
