Fisher & Paykel EB30PSX1 Professional Coffee Machine Repair

The EB30PSX1 is made to sit with Professional wall ovens, so you find it in a tall stainless column in a kitchen that is cooked in a lot. Because it also warms cups and stores accessories, the door and the interior see more handling than a basic machine does.
When an owner says the coffee has become thin and pours quickly, we begin with the grinder. Burrs wear gradually, and the extraction slips before anything actually stops working. Then we check the heating circuit for scale, the brew unit for sticking and the milk lines for dried residue.
A stainless front shows every fingerprint, so we wipe down and protect it as we work. Before we replace a part you receive a written price, and the repair is covered by our 30-day workmanship warranty.
Not necessarily. Worn burrs produce a coarser, uneven grind, so water passes through quickly. We inspect the burrs, test the grind positions and, if they are worn, replace them and recalibrate so extraction returns.
Watch for a descale reminder that returns early, slower brewing, weak steam or a drop in water temperature. Those point to scale in the Thermoblock path. We measure flow and tell you if a descale is enough.
Keep it dry and free of crumbs, and only warm items that are made for it. If the warmer is slow or cold, we check its heater and sensor separately from the coffee circuit, since they work independently.
Book in about a minute, or call the desk. Same-day windows inside the Loop on most days, next-day across the rest of Houston.
